IT Factory offers support for schools
As part of our cooperation with the Communications School Complex in Warsaw, we funded prizes for graduates who achieved the highest academic results in the past school year.
IT Factory has been supporting the Warsaw School of Communications Complex for several years now through participation in events, sponsorship and organization of internships at leading IT companies. We know how important motivation is in development, so in addition to opportunities, we also give rewards.

Our mission
We are a company undergoing rapid development. We are aware that as our business grows, our impact on the environment increases. We try to manage it in such a way that IT Factory’s activities do not harm others and bring good change, not only to us, but to society as a whole.
One of the pillars of our Social Responsibility activities is to support young, developing talent. We support education by organizing events, training and internships for students. We launched the IT Factory Academy for the first time at the Communications Complex.

Internships for high school students
Accordingly, we decided to extend our patronage to the Communications School Complex. In 2023, we offered 6 students the opportunity to do internships at Cyfrowy Polsat. Our future Specialists were able to see what daily work in the IT department looks like, meet experienced engineers and managers, and test their knowledge in simple technical tasks. There was also a lot of fun – team-building meetings and events such as a gaming tournament.

Going for more
Cooperation with the Communications School Complex is our first such project, but certainly not the last. In the coming school year, we want to expand the internship program to other high schools and technical schools, including those outside of Warsaw, and in the coming years we plan to include students as well. We believe that the opportunity to test their skills in practice will be a valuable experience for them. It will help students find their way into the job market faster. The IT industry is changing rapidly, and schools have not always kept up with technological innovations. IT Factory wants to respond to this very problem by supporting public educational institutions.

IT Factory Academy
The above-described problem is also not spared by active people who have already completed their education. The IT Factory Academy was created for those who want to learn about new technologies, change industries, or are simply curious about new opportunities. This is a modern educational platform where you can buy courses taught by IT Practitioners and Specialists. We continue to expand our team of teachers, for which recruitment is also open to non-ITF members. We encourage you to take a look at the Academy’s offerings!
