How we make a difference?

To achieve our goals and values, we have developed a three-part CSR strategy, which inculdes:

We support.

We believe in giving back to the community. Through charitable donations, sponsorships, and volunteer programs, we support causes that align with our values and make a real difference in people's lives. We provide financial support to organizations that are meaningful to us. Once a year, with the participation of the entire team, we approve an annual assistance plan. The initiatives included are often activities that our employees have benefited from or hold personal significance for them.

Goal: to support the improvement of life quality of people suffering from cancer, and to introduce a new standard of the public debate on this illness.
Goal: to promote the protection of climate, forests, and endangered species, as well as to protect biodiversity and prevent earth pollution.
Goal: to support the international non-government organization by assisting in the comprehensive solutions for adults and children in a coma.
Goal: to support the club in its sporting activities related to conducting the karate and kickboxing activities (general training sessions, with the combat sports).
Goal: to assist people suffering from military conflicts and natural disasters, as well as to promote humanitarian values across the world.
Goal: to financially assist children in care of the Institute “Pomnik-Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka” (IPCZD), i.e. buying medical equipment.
Goal: to support disabled children and youths by assisting in therapeutic projects (in collaboration with PFRON and Warsaw city government).
Goal: to support people suffering from various brain illnesses (MS, senility, depression, schizophrenia, Parkinson, Alzheimer, etc.).
Goal: to support the foundation by financing foster homes and the children who live there (sponsoring items, purchasing equipment etc.).
Goal: to support the national non-profit organization dedicated to charities that help animals (dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, and others) in multiple areas.
Goal: to support the Shelter by assisting homeless and endangered animals. Protecting the animals and executing their rights.

We help.

We work closely with our local communities, listening, collaborating, and joining local initiatives to build strong relationships and improve everyone's well-being. Our main focus is on schools and programs for children and youth. We help them discover and develop their talents, providing opportunities and motivation for success. We aim to create equal opportunities for all.

We change.

We continuously strive to improve our policies and management approach. We introduce new employee support programs and benefits, organize training sessions, and test new methods of efficient work. Read the report on our activities from last year and get inspired to make positive changes!
