Our recruitment process consists of six stages, following the structure outlined on our website (scroll down). We aim to make it as clear and efficient as possible for all candidates.

The technical interview is conducted by the client’s project team, typically including the Project Manager and Technical Lead.
We understand how important feedback is in the recruitment process. Typically, recruitment takes between a few days and a few weeks, and we aim to inform candidates about the results within approximately two weeks after the process is completed.
We strive to provide a great candidate experience, and we do our best to offer feedback at every stage. However, in some cases, legal constraints from our clients may limit the details we can share regarding rejection reasons.
We understand the importance of work-life balance. While core working hours are typically 8/9 AM – 4/5 PM, team meetings take place at set times, and the rest of the workday offers flexibility.
